Would you like to know more about the Lodging Tax?

It's a 2% tax on hotel and visitor lodging that will fund local services, like START and pathways, and visitor impacts. It will also be used to support tourism promotion and sustain Chamber funding for visitor services. Experts predict that it will generate about $3.5 million dollars of new revenue into our community to help shift the local tax burden. By assessing this small fee on visitors, we share the cost of impacts and also sustain services, like transportation solutions. The lodging tax can also help provide funding for local special events, like the Fall Arts Festival or the concerts at Teton Village.
