On the eighth day of Christmas my small town sold to me...a romantic evening with my true love!
Director of Global Destination Sales Kent Elliott contributed to this story.
A romantic evening can be perfectly planned around a fireside dinner at Spring Creek Ranch’s Granary Restaurant, which overlooks the valley and the Teton Range. It’s a short trip out of town that makes you feel like you’ve transformed yourself into another world.
My true love and I drove up there enjoying the views of sparkling lights in the valley in our shiny clean car that was just spiffed up at Detail Driven. It is always nice to have a clean chariot! Luckily, their team offers gift cards!
Upon being seated at the restaurant, my true love had a special flower arrangement on the table from Jackson Whole Flower, the floral department at Jackson Whole Grocer. As our drinks arrived, we traded cards. I found the perfect one with help from the staff at Gifts of the Earth.
After dinner, we drove back into Jackson and went to the Town Square where we walked around and took in the beauty of the lights on the elk antler arches and we shopped at the stores that were open.
As we continued to walk around, we stopped to get dessert at Häagen-Dazs. It was the perfect warm up to end our evening.
My true love asked, “Were you naughty or nice this past year?” Without hesitation, I said, “Nice, of course.” Perfect answer! I was then presented from my true love with a beautiful gift from DanShelly Jewelers.
Jackson Hole may be known for adventure sports, but romance is in the air!
