The Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival hosted each year by the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce highlights incredible local, regional, and national artists. But there are abundant opportunities to enjoy the visual and performing arts throughout the year!
Cozy up for dinner and a show at the iconic Jackson Hole Playhouse on a dark winter’s night. Spend your holidays at the playhouse for a delicious meal and hilarious show!
Spend an afternoon at the National Museum of Wildlife Art engaging with the works of artists including Robert Bateman and Carl Rungius. The sculpture trail, which has hosted an installation by internationally known artist Ai Weiwei, makes the most of the expansive views of the National Elk Refuge. Consider gifting an individual membership. They start at just $45 and include a variety of benefits, including perks at the regular Mix’d Media events.
Treat your friend to a night out creating a unique piece of art! The Art Association of Jackson Hole offers something for every burgeoning artist -- photography, business skills for artists, metalsmithing, screen-printing, and more! Registration is available online for easy gifting!
The Center for the Arts is the hub for many of the arts organizations in Jackson Hole. Performances and community events are held regularly in the Center Theatre, the Black Box, and on the lawn. Tickets are available online and make a perfect gift that creative friend!
Take a self-guided tour with your creative friend. A short walk through Town Square offers a review of local styles from diverse artists such as Amy Ringholz, BORBAY, Katherine Mapes Turner, and Thomas Mangelsen. Treat them to coffee or lunch and help them envision their next great creation!
Looking for something a little more portable? In partnership with The Art Association of Jackson Hole, Jackson Hole Still Works hosts a contest each year for a local artist to be featured on their signature product, Highwater Vodka. Find Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival signature wine from Jackson Hole Winery at local retailers including The Liquor Store of Jackson Hole. Proceeds support the festival and continued creativity in Jackson Hole.
