The Jackson Hole Airport is the only airport in America located within a national park. As planes approach the runway, they cruise along the jagged peaks of the Grand Tetons. It's a thrilling introduction to Jackson Hole and you're just getting started.
Airport Guest Service Operations are available on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9:00am-6:00pm. Experienced visitor services professionals are the first point of contact for travelers arriving in Jackson Hole on the busiest travel days of the week. Look for the information kiosk near the baggage claim area upon arrival.
The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Jackson Hole Airport and Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board are offering enhanced visitor services and sharing a little extra western hospitality at the Jackson Hole Airport. Now, travelers are better connected with the resources they need.
Well known around the world for the weekend welcome program featuring mimosas, this community partnership will better meet the needs of and expectations of visitors from around the world while adding an authentic dose of western hospitality.
Vice-President Rick Howe, IOM, commented, “The Chamber has found that modern travelers are often well informed through online resources, but there is no better resource than an experienced visitor services professional that can provide personalized information for an individual traveler’s needs. It can make the difference between a good trip and an exceptional experience.”
Chamber visitor services are now available at the Airport, at the Chamber’s administrative offices on Town Square, and at the Jackson Hole & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center.
