Destination Global Sales is dedicated to creating meaningful visitor experiences while preserving the character and sustainability of our Jackson Hole community. Through collaboration with tour operators and travel professionals, we promote responsible travel, off-peak visitation, and community-aligned messaging.
For Fiscal Year 2025–2026, the Destination Sales Committee and Director of Destination Global Sales have planned 10 national and international trade shows, along with multiple media and travel professional FAM trips. This year’s focus includes:
- 50% International Leisure
- 30% Group Travel (National Focused)
- 20% U.S.-Based Leisure Travel
These events provide outstanding opportunities to showcase your business, build global relationships, and drive visitation during non-summer seasons.

PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board (JHTTB) is proud to offer exclusive partnership opportunities for local businesses to participate in high-impact destination trade shows and international sales missions. In response to industry demand, JHTTB has allocated strategic funding to secure booth space at top-tier events that elevate Jackson Hole’s visibility in key domestic and international markets.
JHTTB will represent the destination at each event and is actively seeking businesses to join as in-person Destination Partners. As in previous years, participation costs are kept intentionally low—offering exceptional value when compared to independent attendance or the standard rates set by other Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs).
These opportunities are ideal for businesses looking to increase year-round exposure, build trade relationships, and drive direct bookings.

FEATURED REPRESENTATION
With strategic support from the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board (JHTTB), Jackson Hole will be represented at select Travel Trade Shows focused on driving visitation during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. These events have been carefully vetted by a cross-section of local sales and marketing professionals to align with our community’s tourism goals and seasonal priorities.
While general destination representation will benefit the broader business community, your business has the opportunity to receive Featured Representation—gaining direct exposure to meeting planners, tour operators, and high-value consumers. This is a powerful way to elevate your brand in key travel markets and contribute to year-round tourism growth in Jackson Hole.

FAM TRIP FUNDING APPLICATION
Destination Global Sales supports local businesses in Jackson Hole that host Familiarization (FAM) trips for travel trade, media, and industry influencers. These trips help promote Jackson Hole’s unique character, values, and visitor experiences to targeted audiences who can drive awareness and bookings.
Funding is available for eligible expenses such as lodging, transportation, meals, activity fees, promotional materials, and staff support. Applicants must show how their FAM aligns with destination marketing goals—such as increasing off-season visitation, highlighting sustainable tourism, or building relationships with key trade or media partners.
Businesses involved in individual or group media visits, tour operator experiences, or sales mission add-ons are encouraged to apply. Priority is given to proposals that demonstrate clear outcomes, collaborative partnerships, and potential for long-term return on investment.
Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the FAM trip start date and are based on available budget limitations. A detailed itinerary, estimated budget, and attendee list are required.
