Terms and Conditions

The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board (JHTTB) provides strategic support that enables the community to participate in select travel trade shows promoting visitation during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. These trade shows are carefully selected through a formal evaluation process involving input from local sales and marketing professionals across the tourism industry.

While the Jackson business community benefits from general destination representation at these events, your business has the opportunity to participate in Featured Representation—an enhanced marketing package designed to give your brand direct visibility with meeting planners, tour operators, and qualified travel consumers.

By taking part in these high-value events, your organization contributes to strengthening Jackson Hole’s year-round tourism strategy while gaining exposure during key need periods—well beyond the peak summer season.

If your business is seeking direct exposure to actively booking clients, this is one of the most cost-effective marketing opportunities available.


Featured Representation Benefits

Featured representation is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating businesses receive the following benefits:

  • Destination Press Kit Placement
    Your business will be prominently featured in our professionally designed digital press kit, including high-resolution images, a company description, and a QR code linking directly to your booking site. This press kit is distributed to all qualified attendees for continued engagement post-show.

  • Dedicated On-Site Display Space
    When applicable, a custom rack display will feature your business’s brochures or flyers at the booth, drawing attention to your offerings throughout the event.

  • Pre-Show Sales Briefing
    A dedicated pre-show strategy call with the JHTTB sales representative will ensure your key selling points and offerings are highlighted with prospective clients.

  • Targeted Post-Show Follow-Up
    Your business will be included in JHTTB’s official post-show outreach, reinforcing your message with personalized mentions, website links, and contact information.

  • Lead List Access
    Receive a curated list of qualified leads from each show, including tour operators, travel advisors, group planners, and consumer contacts for your future outreach.

  • In-Person Sales Appointments
    Participate in individual meetings with vetted travel organizations that are actively booking travel to Jackson Hole. Your materials and offerings will be presented directly during these scheduled appointments.

  • Post-Event Recap
    Receive a personalized recap of key takeaways and show performance, including recommendations for follow-up and future positioning.


Confidential Revenue Reporting

All participating businesses agree to confidentially share revenue generated as a result of trade show participation. This information will remain private and will be used exclusively by the Destination Global Sales Committee and the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board to evaluate trade show effectiveness and inform future planning. Public disclosure of financial results is not permitted.


Featured Representation Application

Below is a list of trade shows and sales missions where Jackson Hole will be represented, with limited opportunities for Featured Representation.

While JHTTB provides funding to support booth space and sales mission infrastructure, participating businesses are required to pay a participation fee (outlined in the application). This fee covers event management, enhanced booth presence, marketing collateral production, and other logistical expenses not covered by JHTTB.

Please note:

  • Featured representation slots are limited per event.

  • Once the maximum number of featured businesses is confirmed, additional applicants will not be accepted for that specific show.


Payment Terms

  • All participation payments are due no later than September 1, 2025.
    Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reserved space and may affect your ability to participate.

  • Timely payment is essential. Late payment will be considered a breach of this agreement and may lead to exclusion from the selected events.

  • Once your application is confirmed, there will be no cancellations, substitutions, future credits, or refunds issued for any reason.

  • If your contract form is received after the September 1 deadline, acceptance will be subject to availability, and payment will be due within 30 days of application confirmation.

Target Market: Two Consumer shows including being featured in a 15-minute audience presentation for each show plus possible hosted travel professional events along with Tour Operator training sessions.  Consumer shows are well attended.  Australian market remains one of Jackson Hole's largest International winter travel sources with extended stays.
