Community Safety Network

CSN is an organization that supports lasting change in the lives of those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking. Our goal is to be available 24 hours a day for victims, to provide shelter, crisis intervention, support, and advocacy and to assist in obtaining protection orders. By utilizing all the resources in our community, we provide free, confidential, and nonjudgmental services to victims, enabling them to affirm their own strengths so they can live a life free from fear and violence. Our client’s safety is our number one concern. Services can be accessed day or night, seven days a week by calling our hotline number (733-SAFE). We offer emotional support, information, referral, and when appropriate, legal advocacy and shelter to victims of domestic violence, rape, or stalking. For sheltered clients, we offer food, clothing, personal support as well as housing, and we are committed to providing a strong children’s program that supports children in the identification of feelings, the building of self-esteem, and in learning healthy ways to manage anger. When possible, we help victims find safe, affordable housing, and provide transitional housing for those who are trying to recover financially and do not yet have the resources to live independently.
