Brother and sister Joe & Jennifer Miazga grew up working in their family’s bakery in upstate New York. Their father Joe proudly remembers his parents’ grit and determination as they started Hometown Bakery back in 1935. Over the years, the bakery expanded to include cake decorating and food catering, earning a well-deserved reputation for delicious homemade recipes and authentic Polish dishes.
The siblings moved to Jackson Hole in the ‘90s, and proceeded to rack up a combined 50+ years of restaurant expertise at various local favorites, including The Bunnery, The Blue Lion Restaurant, Jackson Cake Company, Jackson Whole Grocer, & Cutty’s. Over the years, Jennifer, Joe and their father have built strong bonds with the town, the locals, and the food scene.
Miazga’s represents their longtime dream to start their own neighborhood restaurant and proudly serve the classic comfort food they grew up with. Here’s to food that fills the belly and warms the heart. Na zdrowie!
