WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Each vanlife gathering is a bit different depending on location and venue, but here’s a bit of what you can expect: a mix of full-time, part-time and weekend vanlifers and vanlife enthusiasts, pumped to meet others, offer van, tiny home, skoolie, and rig tours, and exchange itineraries, favorite adventures, activities, and destinations. It’s kind of like a van-centric version of adult summer camp. We think this quote from previous gathering attendee Clarissa covers it pretty well: “I can’t imagine what my life would be like if I didn’t make the easy decision to go to the first meet up. That first weekend opened my eyes to a whole new world. It was a place of zero judgments, with so much love and support. For the first time in my life I felt like I had finally found my tribe.... Meeting the drivers behind these big beautiful rigs is my favourite part, because even though we are like-minded individuals we are all so different, with so much to offer each other...The friendships that you make at these gatherings truly are life long. I now have strong connections all over the world. I have a family of people who have my back. Who understand me. Who support me. Who love me. I have countless memories, and endless stories.” WEEKEND EVENT SCHEDULE: We’re partnering with some local companies and vanlifers to put together a badass schedule for the weekend including yoga & meditation, live music, and fireside chats, we’ll be raffling off outdoor, travel, and van gear. We’ll get a chance to chat with a rep from The Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance to learn about their Safe Wildlife Crossings initiative and find out how WE can help preserve the character of this beautiful part of the country.
