Join World-class Native American performers as they share rich cultural history through traditional song and dance as well as introduce contemporary styles. The evolution of Native song and dance presented in this cultural exhibition showcase was curated by the master of ceremonies, Chico Her Many Horses. Performers have been selected from the Wind River Reservation, the Fort Hall Reservation, the Pine Ridge Reservation, the Rosebud Reservation, the Crow Reservation and the Blackfeet Reservation.

Presented by Central Wyoming College (CWC) Jackson, CWC Institute of Tribal Learning, and Native American Jump Start the 2022 Teton Powwow Showcase is an educational celebration intending to reach the greater community of Jackson and Teton County to continue mutual diversity understanding and artistic appreciation.

“We are super happy to be bringing cultural diversity to Jackson and help break down age old stereotypical divisions among people,” says Scott Evans, Founder of Native American Jump Start. “The 2022 Teton Powwow will be uniquely beautiful and add to the fabric of Jackson Hole.”

COST: $10

*This event will not be requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test to be admitted. Masks are recommended in The Center Theater.
