Danny served as a member of Knesset (Israeli Parliament) and was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel, from 2009 to 2013, and Israel’s Ambassador to the United States from 2002 to November 2006. Ambassador Ayalon is a member of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University, and the Lantos Human Rights and Justice Foundation in Washington, DC. He is a visiting professor at Yeshiva University teaching a course on Statecraft, Public Diplomacy and International Relations.

Ambassador Ayalon will address the following questions during his lecture:
1. Can Jerusalem be the capital of Israel and simultaneously a home for many faiths?
2. What is Jerusalem and Israel's future as home to three major religions?
3. How can Jerusalem preserve its ancient history while it evolves as a modern city?
