Introduction to North Indian Cooking with Sandip Ray will be held Tuesday, March 13 from 6 pm- 9 pm. Learn the secrets of Northern Indian cooking! You will help prepare Seekh Kebab - Spicy grilled ground meat cooked on a grill; Aloo paratha - Stuffed Indian bread with mashed potato and spices; Rajmah - Vegetarian dish consisting of red kidney beans in a thick gravy with many Indian spices and Angara Chicken - a Chicken gravy dish with nuts and an unique smoky flavor for special occasions. Bring your choice of beverage to share while cooking. Limited space.
