Nature Mapping JH Community Celebration: With Shark Researcher Taylor Chapple

Join us for Jackson’s own Shark Week!

The annual Nature Mapping Jackson Hole Community Celebration, aka “Potluck” is April 10, 2019 at Center for the Arts. Presented by the Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation, featured speaker Dr. Taylor Chapple is a research scientist at Stanford University working to increase our understanding and appreciation of sharks on local and global scales. Chapple has worked all over the planet engaging people, through science, television, magazines and technology, to think differently about the predators in their backyard. He is focused on shifting the current mantra from fear and apprehension of sharks to one of awe and inspiration - there is more to sharks than just pointy teeth!
