The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce (JHCC) is grateful for the generous support provided by the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board (JHTTB), enabling us to participate in travel trade shows dedicated to promoting tourism in our community during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Our selection of these trade shows has undergone a thorough evaluation, involving input from a group of local sales and marketing experts within the tourism industry.
The Jackson business community will receive general representation, but your business has the opportunity for featured representation, where we highlight your business to meeting planners, tour operators, and potential visitors at the trade shows we attend. By actively engaging in these events, we emphasize our commitment to bolstering tourism beyond the confines of the summer months, effectively promoting the local businesses and services that make Jackson Hole unique.

Destination Sales Trade Show & Sales Mission Featured Representation Application
Below are the trade shows and sales missions that the JHCC is slated to attend on behalf of the community that offer Featured Representation. Although there is funding from JHTTB to help cover the expenses of the trade show space and supports sales missions, there will be a cost to attend as listed below. This cost will cover the management of the show, along with additional booth expenses not covered by JHTTB.
Featured Representation space is limited. Once the maximum number of represented businesses is reached per individual show or event, no more applicants will be accepted.
Payment Terms
Payments for participation or being featured at shows, sales missions, or events are due by September 1, 2024. Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardize your ability to attend or be represented at the trade shows of choice. Timely payment is crucial to secure your participation, and any late payments will be considered a breach of the agreement, potentially leading to the loss of your reserved space and representation opportunities. It is essential to adhere to the specified payment terms to ensure your business benefits from the promotional activities and exposure provided at these events. Once selection process is finalized, there are no cancellations, substitutions, future credits, or refunds for your organization.
If contract form is received after September 1st deadline, acceptance will be based on availability and payment due 30 days from time contract is submitted by organization.
