Climbing & Mountaineering
Experience Jackson Hole and Grand Teton from above!
Famous for the 13,775 ft Grand Teton peak, Grand Teton National Park calls mountaineers and climbers from all over the world. Though sometimes overlooked, Jackson Hole offers many other locations perfect for a wide range of levels and comforts.
In town, Snow King Mountain Resort's Treetop Adventure has adults and kids clip in and ride zip lines, shimmy over suspended bridges, scramble up nets, cross swinging logs, and even ride an aerial skateboard. Jackson Hole Moutain Resort, in Teton Village, has a European-style Via Ferrata. Ride the gondola up the Rendezvous Mountain, clip in and have a guide lead you across suspended bridges and up granite walls. Sections of the route have aids, such as iron rungs, pegs, and carved steps.
Mountaineering options are available to Jackson Hole visitors in both the summer and the winter, depending on the kind of climbing conditions you seek.
