Christie is responsible for maintaining the books of the Chamber, providing financial support and reporting to Chamber departmental managers and the Executive Director, and providing a high level of customer service with Chamber members and committees.

Kate's responsibilities include overseeing the publication of the weekly "Lowdown" broadcast email, producing the chamber's quarterly newsletter, providing quality assurance of press releases for all chamber events, and creating and maintaining the content of the chamber's websites and calendar of events.


Director of Visitor Services: Rick Howe

Rick is responsible for being the liaison between the Visitor Service Agents at the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Administrative Office, the Jackson Hole and Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center, the Chamber Department Heads, and multiple government agencies. This includes organization and procedural planning as well as review and implementation on a regular basis. Rick works on employee training with a focus on the front line of customer service policies and directives, which are handed directly from the Chamber and its Members, Board of Directors, and Staff. Rick has been in the valley for almost 30 years and brings professional and management experience from business, volunteer, political and personal perspectives. Rick reports directly to the Executive Director.


Executive Director: Tim O'Donoghue

Tim is responsible for liaison between the Board of Directors, staff, and membership; coordination of the program of work; stewardship of the Chamber strategic plan, organizational structure and procedures, and training and mentoring of staff and volunteers; outreach to membership and local/regional communities; developing partnerships; and fiscal oversight. Tim's professional corporate and nonprofit sector experience includes program and project management and strategic planning in the energy, education, health and wellness, sports, and space science industries; private consulting; and authoring/co-authoring over 60 publications.


Executive Assistant: Casey Stout

Casey's responsibilities include assisting the Chamber's Executive Director with special projects, scheduling meetings, preparing statistical reports, taking minutes, conducting research, handling information requests, taking RSVPs for Chamber events and overseeing daily operations of the administrative office. Casey also assists our accounting department with Chamber Buck reimbursement, vendor invoicing and deposits.

Events Coordinator: Katie Wolitarsky

The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce would like to welcome Katie Wolitarsky, Events Coordinator, to the Chamber Staff. Katie will be working directly with the Chamber's Events Manager, Maureen Murphy, and will assist in all aspects of the Chamber's special events. Katie will help with event promotions and advertising, developing sub-events, areas of public relations, overall event facilitation and will also work on daily operations within the events department.

Maureen organizes and coordinates all aspects of special events produced by the Chamber of Commerce as well as representing the Chamber as a committee member of assigned events produced by other organizations. She manages event budgets, event promotion, new program development within each event, relationship building with community/business partners, advertising and collateral execution and delivery, sponsorship fulfillment, and event facilitation from start to finish.


Lead Visitor Services: Kathy Erickson

Kathy's primary responsibility is management of the Visitor Services Agents at the Visitor Center and the Chamber's Administration Office. She implements the programs that provide visitors with the most accurate information available to help them plan and experience the best Jackson Hole vacation possible. Kathy has enjoyed serving the inquiring public at the Chamber for the last nine years and is a current member of the Chamber.


Tourism Manager: Heather Falk

Heather is responsible for Marketing and Tourism for the Chamber of Commerce meaning that inquires from groups, conventions, and travel writers flow through Heather along with the promotion of Jackson Hole to regional, national and international media and travelers. She works closely with the State of Wyoming Travel & Tourism in the coordination of national and international FAMs and travel writers. With the assistance of the Marketing Advisory Council she creates cooperative opportunities for Chamber members to advertise in/with publications or campaigns aimed at generating coverage/travel to Jackson.

Kent is responsible for managing retention and acquiring new members. He can explain the benefits of being a Member of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and will help Members and future Members utilize those benefits to best leverage their position within the business community.


Visitor Services Agent: Sandra Bockman

Sandra's primary responsibility in Visitor Services is to provide visitors with the most accurate information available to help them plan and experience the best Jackson Hole vacation possible. In addition, her responsibilities include answering phone calls, helping guests with their questions, and referring Chamber members. She mails out vacation planners, maps, requested brochures, and relocation packets.

Visitor Services Agent: Renee Bruch

Renee started her career in visitor services working as an Interpretive Guide for the USDA Forest Service in Steamboat Springs, CO in the spring of 2000. She specialized in educating visitors about the Routt Divide Blowdown, bark beetle epidemic and wildland fires. Her experience since then includes working as an Interpretive Park Ranger in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and working as an Information Specialist for the Bureau of Land Management in Glenwood Springs, CO. Her qualifications include being certified by the National Association of Interpretation as an Interpretive Guide in addition to being qualified and having worked as a Fire Information Officer on several wildland fires. Having lived at Canyon Village in Yellowstone the summer of 1996, she is ecstatic to have returned to this beautiful location to share her knowledge with visitors from around the world. In her spare time, Renee can be found hiking, biking, camping, fishing or rafting the river.



Visitor Services Agent: Steve Roberts

Steve has been involved in visitor services since coming West eight years ago to become manager of the bookstore in the Old Faithful Visitor Center for the Yellowstone Association. His travels since then have taken him and his wife Brenda to Seattle, Anchorage, and the Grand Canyon where they have assisted visitors from all around the globe in enjoying the best each of those areas has to offer before settling here in Jackson. For the last two years he has worked with the Grand Teton Association at the Visitor Center on North Cache Street. Reflecting on his life prior to coming to the “real world” here in Jackson Hole (he previously worked for the United Methodist Publishing House in Florida and West Virginia) he is often heard musing out loud why he didn’t discover this wondrous place much sooner in life. When not at work with the Chamber you can find him volunteering with the Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum, leading walking tours around the Town Square in the summer.


Town Square Ambassador: Jim Brinkerhoff

Jim was born in Idaho Falls and served the Salt Lake City fire department for 30 years. He has deep ties to the Jackson Hole area and decided to retire in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Bondurant, Wyoming. Jim enjoys making friends with his neighbors, including deer, coyotes, bears, sandhill cranes, foxes, and badgers! You can find Jim volunteering as Town Square Ambassador -- sharing his knowledge of the greater Yellowstone area. Ask him to tell you the story about meeting a bear in the bathroom at Old Faithful!
