TRAVEL Update: Teton Pass Closure Rescheduled: June 27 - 29.
The Wyoming Department of Transportation has rescheduled the weekend closure for Wyoming State Highway 22, Teton Pass, to the weekend of June 28, due to weather delays and scheduling conflicts. All routes into Jackson, WY will be available this weekend.
On July 4th, our charming mountain town bursts with patriotic spirit, Western tradition, and family-friendly fun. The day kicks off with a vibrant parade through downtown Jackson, featuring a kaleidoscope of floats, cowboys, and marching bands. In the afternoon, the excitement continues with a classic rodeo—a true Wild West experience. As dusk falls, Town Square comes alive with a thrilling showdown reenactment, bringing frontier history to life. The grand finale lights up the night sky with a dazzling fireworks display, visible from both Snow King Mountain and Teton Village. Whether you're a visitor or a local, Jackson Hole offers an unforgettable Fourth of July experience in the heart of the Tetons.
