The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce proudly joined Astoria Park Conservancy, community leaders, donors, and supporters in celebrating the completion of Astoria Park Conservancy’s new workforce housing and facilities building with a ribbon cutting ceremony marking a major milestone in Phase II of the organization’s development.

The event highlighted the power of collaboration and the shared commitment to strengthening the Jackson Hole community through innovative and mission-driven projects.
Astoria Park Conservancy Executive Director Quinn McColly spoke about the importance of partnerships and community support in bringing the project to life.
“Nothing we do happens in isolation,” said McColly. “This building stands as a reflection of what we can accomplish together.”
The newly completed building includes two housing units that will be made available to members of the local workforce through a partnership with the Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority (JTCHA). The initiative reflects Astoria Park Conservancy’s broader mission to serve the community while helping address one of Jackson Hole’s most pressing challenges — workforce housing.

“We have a team member who is currently in the application process for a unit and we are fortunate that our other team members have stable housing,” McColly said. “So rather than simply holding this asset for ourselves, we’ve chosen to lean into our broader mission. This building becomes a way to support the people who make this valley function every day.”
Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Rick Howe praised the project as a strong example of community investment and partnership.

“This project reflects the kind of collaboration and community investment that helps strengthen Jackson Hole for the future,” said Howe. “We’re proud to celebrate Astoria Park Conservancy’s leadership and commitment to workforce housing.”
Astoria Park Conservancy is a donor-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit stewarding nearly 100 acres of land that include critical wildlife habitat, wetlands, public hot springs, and future community amenities designed to foster connection, healing, and belonging.

Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, guests toured the newly completed housing units and forthcoming park amenities while enjoying refreshments and experiencing Astoria’s hot springs facility firsthand.

Astoria Park Conservancy’s mission is to provide equitable access to natural resources for education, well-being, and a sense of belonging for all.
The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is proud to support initiatives that strengthen community well-being, promote sustainable growth, and enhance quality of life throughout Jackson Hole.
