The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce invites local businesses to take part in Winter Windfall 2025, a dynamic shop-local campaign designed to drive sales, increase visibility, and strengthen our community during the holiday season.

Running from Black Friday through December 22, 2025, Winter Windfall is more than a contest — it’s a powerful marketing and economic initiative that connects shoppers to Chamber member businesses while rewarding local spending.
What Is Winter Windfall?
Winter Windfall is a cooperative marketing program created to promote shopping and dining at local Chamber member establishments during one of the busiest retail seasons of the year.
Participating businesses enjoy five weeks of coordinated advertising, increased foot traffic, and engagement through a digital contest that encourages customers to shop local. Each time a customer makes a purchase, they can enter to win shopping credits redeemable at participating businesses — driving both excitement and sales across Jackson Hole.

Joining Winter Windfall gives your business affordable, high-impact exposure during the prime holiday shopping period.
For just $350 (and $250 for each additional business you own), your participation includes:

Five Full Weeks of Marketing Exposure
Receive coordinated promotion through local print, social media, and radio campaigns — at a fraction of the usual cost. -
Premium Visibility Across Jackson Hole
Your business will be featured at three Chamber Visitor Centers, on the Chamber’s homepage, and during eight weekends of live promotion at the Stage Stop on Town Square. -
Direct Shopper Engagement
Shoppers can spend up to $1,000 in prize credits at participating locations — with at least 50% spent at the business where they won. -
Marketing Data for Future Outreach
The Chamber captures and shares participant data, providing valuable insights to help you plan future promotions. -

How It Works for Businesses

Sign Up by October 31, 2025
Businesses must be current members of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and submit their participation fee by the deadline. -
Display the Winter Windfall Poster
Each participating business will receive an 11x17 poster listing all participating members, featuring QR code and entry information. -
Encourage Customers to Participate
Shoppers enter by scanning the QR code or emailing their receipt to shop@jacksonholechamber.com.
Each purchase serves as an entry for weekly and grand prize drawings. -
Chamber-Managed Prizes and Payments
All prize credits and redemptions are handled directly through the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, ensuring a seamless process for both businesses and winners
