Visit Jackson Hole, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Wyoming and excited to announce the launch of the new Jackson Hole Pro virtual training program. Designed to provide our essential frontline workers with resources and tools they can use to enhance their local knowledge and Western hospitality skills. The course acknowledges the critical role our workforce plays in fostering a quality visitor experience and creates a strong common customer service foundation across the tourism industry.

The course dives deep into what makes this place special: the region's history and geography, the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, our national parks and forests, outdoor recreation and wildlife, arts and entertainment, lodging, dining, and transportation. You'll come away with confident, practical answers to the questions visitors ask most - and the local expertise to go beyond the basics.
Beyond destination knowledge, Jackson Hole Pro covers the core standards of exceptional customer service through the lens of authentic Western Hospitality so every guest interaction feels genuine, not scripted. You'll also discover resources designed for you: local wellness programs, professional development opportunities, and tools to help you thrive both on and off the clock.
The course is fully self-paced and independent, so you can work through it on your own schedule. Each module focuses on a different facet of the Jackson Hole experience, combining written content with an engaging video lecture. Modules build on one another and must be completed in sequence, and a short quiz at the end of each one ensures the knowledge sticks. When you've finished, a final cumulative check wraps it all together.
