The 2025 Jackson Hole Marathon is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of community spirit, and there are two incredible ways to get involved! Individuals can join the excitement by volunteering at packet pickup, the start and finish lines, or at one of the many aid stations along the route. At the same time, local businesses and organizations have the unique opportunity to adopt an aid station for free—a chance to showcase their brand, cheer on runners, and become an unforgettable part of this beloved community event.

Volunteer Opportunities

We’re seeking enthusiastic community members to help us create an unforgettable experience for runners from around the world. Volunteers are essential to every step of the marathon—from stuffing runner bags to cheering at aid stations and welcoming athletes across the finish line.

Here are a few ways you can lend a hand:

  • Thursday, September 25 – Bag Stuffing (2:00–3:30pm at the Chamber Office) – All slots filled ✅

  • Friday, September 26 – Packet Pickup (Conference Center, multiple shifts between 2:00–7:00pm) – Slots available! Help check in runners and sell merch.

  • Saturday, September 27 – Race Day!

    • Start line volunteers (various shifts, Town Square & South Park)

    • Aid Station crews (multiple locations across the course—hand out water, Powerade, and big cheers!)

    • Finish line support (Teton Village & Stilson Lot)

Dozens of slots are still open for Aid Stations, Packet Pickup, and Finish Line Help. This is a fun and rewarding way to be part of a beloved community event while supporting runners every step of the way.

Aid Station Sponsorship for Businesses

For local businesses and organizations, we’re offering a free sponsorship opportunity to serve as an Aid Station Sponsor along the course.

As a sponsor, you’ll:

  • Get in front of 800+ racers and hundreds of spectators.

  • Hand out water, Powerade, snacks, and encouragement.

  • Hand out swag or giveaways to make your stop even more memorable.

  • Decorate your aid station with whatever you want—banners, music, costumes, themes, or anything that reflects your business’s personality.

  • Receive food, water, Powerade, and other marathon treats provided for you—so all you need to bring is your energy and creativity.

  • Showcase your business—all at no cost!

This is a fantastic way to show your community spirit while gaining visibility and directly supporting athletes during their race.
