Looking back on the 2018/2019 fiscal year, the Chamber is delighted to share the ins and outs of what we've been working on through our Annual Report. Also see below the current tax documents and contracts between the Chamber and the Travel & Tourism Board.

The 2018/2019 year was a milestone year for the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and we're excited to share it with you through our 2018/2019 Annual Report. Thanks to the committed staff, the engaged board and the support of all the members who have helped make it a success!

Over the past year, the Chamber saw the community solidly (60/40) support the lodging tax for another four years; the lodging tax is a sustainable funding source that helps mitigate the impacts of tourism and support economic activity in  Spring, Fall and Winter.  Another big success within the Chamber included, and continues to include, the supporting of employee housing initiatives. While not all private or public projects are over the finish line, we are moving in the right direction as a community. As of January 2019, over 600 residential units are at some stage of development with at least 240 as workforce housing. The Chamber has activley participated with letters of support, meeting attendance and phone calls to assist with many of the projects.

With 2018 holding a rebrand for the Chamber, staff has taken the "Ride for the Brand" initiative to heart. Staff are rewarded for leading by example, whether internally or externally. We acheived the BEST environmental certification, listened to our members through the annual membership survey, welcomed over 500,000 visitors at our welcome centers and represented membership at Town and County meetings year-round.

The 2018/2019 Annual Report is a snapshot into all of the above successes. Also included are the financials of the Chamber within the last year, objectives and achievements created during the annual board and staff retreats, respectively, economic indicators collected over the past year. Results from the Membership Survey are included, outlining most valuable benefits offered by the Chamber, insight as to why members join the Chamber, and feedback on challenging ares where the Chamber can help.

It is with great pleasure that we share the pages of our 2018/2019 Annual Report with you all!
