The Jackson Hole Snow Devils are gearing up to host the 48th Annual World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb from March 20th to 23rd, 2025, at Snow King Mountain Resort in Jackson, Wyoming. This exhilarating event has evolved from humble beginnings into a premier competition that attracts snowmobile enthusiasts from across the globe.​

2025 Hill Climb

A Brief History

In 1975, approximately 20 members of the Jackson Hole Snow Devils initiated a modest hill climb event. What began as local riders challenging the slopes has transformed into the World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb, drawing over 10,000 spectators and more than 300 racers from the U.S. and Canada. ​

The Competition

Over four days, competitors will tackle the steep and challenging ascent of Snow King Mountain, aiming to reach the summit in the fastest time. The event features various classes, including:​

  • Pro Racers: Top-tier athletes competing for the coveted King of the Hill title.​

  • Amateurs and Semi-Pros: Emerging talents showcasing their skills.​
