Jackson Hole has officially welcomed a bold new dining destination to its culinary scene. On July 14th, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Steadfire Chophouse at the renowned Four Seasons Resort and Residences with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by local leaders and Chamber representatives.

A Community-Focused Celebration

The event brought together notable community figures including Mayor Arne Jorgensen, Alex Lemieux (Chair of the Chamber’s Board of Directors), and John Morgan (Chamber Vice President), alongside Four Seasons executives and culinary leadership. Together, they marked the beginning of what promises to be a standout addition to Jackson Hole’s upscale yet accessible dining landscape.

“On behalf of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, we’re excited to welcome Steadfire Chophouse—an exciting new addition that raises the bar for the Four Seasons and our local dining scene,” said John Morgan. “The Four Seasons has long been a valued partner in Jackson’s year-round vibrancy, and we’re excited to see Steadfire become a favorite for both locals and visitors.”

A Tribute to the American West

Steadfire isn’t just another restaurant—it’s a tribute to the heart and heritage of the American West, interpreted through bold flame-cooked cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and warm, mountain-modern ambiance. The 122-seat, 3,456-square-foot venue is designed to offer an inviting yet refined experience that celebrates Wyoming’s ranching roots while delivering culinary excellence.

Guests can indulge in an elevated menu featuring open-flame Wagyu steaks, bison and elk chops, and a raw bar packed with regional favorites. Sweet endings come courtesy of Pastry Chef Rhonda Ashton, whose artisan desserts add a creative flourish to every meal. Complementing the food is a curated wine and cocktail program, inspired by stories and spirits of the West.
