Gallery Wild, which opened its doors in 2018, serves as a haven for contemporary fine art inspired by wildlife, open spaces, and the mission to conserve them for future generations. Founded by Jackson Hole-based wildlife painter Carrie Wild and wildlife photographer Jason Williams, Gallery Wild fosters an environment where a love for wildlife, conservation, and open spaces thrives. A highlight of the festival at Gallery Wild is the opening of Carrie Wild’s solo show, “Gradation,” on Thursday, September 5th. This highly anticipated exhibition features Carrie’s latest works, which explore the subtle transitions and contrasts found in the natural world. To celebrate the opening, Gallery Wild will host an Artist Reception on Wednesday, September 11th, from 2 to 6 p.m. This event offers a perfect opportunity to meet Carrie Wild in person and gain insights into the inspiration behind her captivating art.
Gallery Wild is also a must-stop during Palates & Palettes, a local favorite and Fall Arts Signature Event presented by BUILD Magazine and hosted by the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce. At Palates & Palettes, attendees can experience a unique blend of artistry and culinary expertise as Jackson's galleries team up with local restaurants to offer creative cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The event takes place in the Town of Jackson on September 6th, from 5 to 8 p.m.
