Western Design Conference Open Preview Party + Fashion Show
6-10 PM | Snow King Event Center
$50 General Admission | $125 VIP
Early entry into the Exhibit + Sale allows a first glance at one-of-a-kind creations in furniture, fashion, jewelry, home and lifestyle accessories. Meet and shop with this year’s artisans and exhibitors, walk through the Designer Show House, experience a Runway Fashion Show and participate in the live auction while enjoying local culinary creations by Genevieve Catering and signature cocktails during a festive night of shopping and entertainment.

Mural Walk + Pop-Up Print Shop

Free Fall Arts Festival Event
Join us for an OUTDOOR Mural Walk + Pop-Up Print Shop at The Anvil Hotel featuring a unique art experience to help celebrate local artists during Fall Arts Festival season in downtown Jackson, Wyoming. Attendees are encouraged to mask-up and spread out.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Local artist + WildWalls Muralist @ryandeecreative will host a screenprint shop in the JH Public ArtMobile (parked at the Anvil @ 215 North Cache Street), where he will print his artwork on a piece of clothing provided by you! Bring your own tee, sweatshirt, or flattish piece of clothing and if it fits under the press he will print it. This is yours to keep, with a suggested donation to JH Public Art to support the #WildWalls mural program.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During the event, the Anvil Hotel will also host Pearson Beasley, member of the local band Strumbucket, for an acoustic set as well as light food and drink before you embark on a self-guided WildWalls tour of all the outdoor murals in Jackson.⠀⠀

The Ancient Law - Silent Film Showing with Live Orchestra

The Ancient Law (Das alte Gesetz) is a restored silent film masterpiece from Germany with live music composed and performed by world-famous klezmer violinist Alicia Svigals (co-founder of the Grammy-winning Klezmatics) and pianist Donald Sosin, a silent film music legend.

Time Takes Time Opening Night

Bob Dylan once said “The purpose of art is to stop time.” Capturing the ambiguity and constant flow of the present moment is the challenge Fu Xiaotong and Pamela Gibson pursue. Gibson and Fu perceive and present how time takes time to form all that we know.

Carrie Wild Solo Show - Pigments of the Imagination

"Pigments of the Imagination" will feature new works from her well known wildlife and colorful abstract landscapes along with her newest series of paintings called "Rendezvous." As a Jackson Hole native, Carrie is fortunate to wake up in a place full of inspiration and to be able to spend hours in the field watching, photographing and learning about her subjects. Her artistic style combined with field experience gives her an amazing ability to capture the essence of the wildlife and landscapes of the area. Please join us in an evening of drinks, inspiration and great conversation!

During Palates & Palettes, Altamira Fine Art will host a reception for their September Vhay & Robert Moore exhibit, dispalyed September 1 - 19. Wine will be avialable in the courtyard. Guests will be restricted to 100 inside in the gallery at one time.

Malcolm Furlow: Season of Many Prayers Opening Reception

Diehl Gallery is pleased to welcome Malcolm Furlow as our newest artist and to celebrate this wonderful addition to our existing stable with a solo exhibition. Furlow's work draws heavily from his Choctaw heritage, featuring Native American, or as Furlow prefers, Indian themes and figures depicted in bold palettes. We are thrilled to represent him at Diehl Gallery.

Douglas Schneider: Night Visions Opening Reception

23RD ANNUAL Takin' it to the Streets Fall Arts Festival Local Artist Fair
This local artist fair occurs Sunday, September 12 during the Fall Arts Festival. This juried fair features 50+ local creatives and includes some of Jackson's finest artists, selling an artwork in an array of mediums. Fall Arts Festival posters and wine bottles will be available for sale throughout this event.
*Please note: due to Covid-19, Taste of the Tetons has been CANCELED on September 12, 2021. This will be a local art fair only with no food and beverage available.

Rip & Alison Caswell Artist Reception

Rip and Alison Caswell are a husband-wife duo with an extensive resume of bronze monuments in both private and public collections across the country. They will be working on some new pieces and teaching guests about the complex process that turns clay sculpture to bronze.

QuickDraw Artist Reception: Meet the Artists

Come meet and interact with the artists of the 2021 Jackson Hole QuickDraw! Nationally and internationally acclaimed Western, wildlife, and landscape artists will gather on the rooftop of the Cloudveil Hotel for one-on-one interaction with art lovers and buyers. Present among the aritsts will be 2021 Fall Arts Festival featured artist, Gary Lynn Roberts of West Lives On Gallery, who can discuss the inspiration behind his featured piece, The Wort Hotel. Beer & wine bar and catering by The Bistro will be provided for all attendees.

Western Visions Evening Sale
5-8 PM | National Museum of Wildlife Art

Western Visions® is the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s largest and longest-running fundraiser and is one of the signature events of the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival. Top contemporary wildlife artists – and collectors – from around the world will be congregating at the Museum in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The show features a wide selection of art for sale and the money raised from this fundraiser supports the Museum. The week’s events, offered at the Museum’s award-winning facility across from the National Elk Refuge, draw an international crowd to this critically acclaimed gathering.
