Jackson Hole Fourth of July Parade

Celebrate America's birthday in the heart of the Old West!

Register now to have an entry in the infamous Fourth of July Parade for 2020!

The Fourth of July takes on a different meaning in a small, Western town. Horse-drawn stagecoaches lap around an old-school town square, a traditional shoot out is reenacted in the streets, top-class athletes compete at a traditional rodeo, vintage cars, patriotic floats, and local performers star in a parade that takes over the town, and the night is capped with fireworks over the town ski hill.

Annual Western Parade


10:30am - 12:00pm: 
Experience a true western 4th of July Parade complete with rodeo queens, fire trucks, whitewater rafts, vintage cars, Forest Service and Grand Teton National Park, mule trains and more! Get a spot next to one of the antler arches on Town Square to catch all the action.
Registration for the parade is NOW OPEN to businesses, organization, and clubs who would like to participate.

Live Music in Teton Village

4:00 - 8:00pm
Music starts up with the Jazz Foundation of JH at 4:00 PM, Grand Teton Music Festival's Patriotic Pops audio feed at 6:00 pm, followed by Calle Mambo at 8:00 PM, bringing a high-energy, Latin and Salsa music to the stage. 

Town Square Shootout

Watch a lively reenactment of frontier justice on the Jackson Town Square in what is the longest, continuously running shootout show in the country!

Jackson Hole Rodeo

The rodeo is regularly held on each Wednesday and Saturday during the summer season at the Teton County Fairgrounds. The 4th of July Rodeo is a fine western tradition and a wonderful way to spend an evening as the sun sets over the Teton Range. Visit for more information.

July 4th Fireworks!

Rodeo queens riding their horses in the parade, the Town Square Shootout, a rodeo and more!

Enjoy fireworks shows at two locations: the base of Snow King Mountain in the Town of Jackson and at the base of the Tetons in Teton Village.
