Caroline O'Neil

Caroline O'Neil

Originally from New York, Caroline moved to Jackson in 2018 for "just one winter"—a classic Jackson tale. Like many, Caroline was drawn out West by the mountains and endless recreational opportunities, and she quickly fell in love with Jackson’s strong sense of community, making Jackson her forever home.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Buckrail, Caroline is passionate about building meaningful relationships with local brands, helping them achieve the best visibility for their products, services, and events. Her previous experience in the local hospitality and real estate industries honed her creativity and communication skills, which she brings to every project.

Outside the office, Caroline can be found skiing with her friends, hiking local trails, or reading a good book.

Andrew Kruger

Andrew Kruger first moved to Jackson with his family in 2010, where he attended the journey school, graduating in 2012. After High School, he attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on US-Soviet relations in the Late-Cold War period. After college, Andrew returned to Jackson to focus on his passion for snowboarding and being outside. In the fall of 2020, Andrew decided to expand his career and return to his Alma Mater to complete his Master of Business Administration, graduating in 2022. However, he could not stay away for long. After completing his master's degree, Andrew returned to Jackson to join the Chamber. He is excited to help promote Jackson and the Chambers members in his role as the Communications Manager.

Lyrica Miron

Lyrica's journey began in the charming landscapes of Georgia, where her love for rivers and mountains blossomed. Right after graduation, she chased the call of the Rockies, heading west and never looking back. Working various seasonal gigs, like guiding rafts, bartending, and helping guests as a concierge, she learned and grew while also attending Colorado Mountain College pursing her bachelor's in business administration and finance. The professional ski bum that she is, she moved to Jackson in 2023 to experience the great side country the mountain offers. What was meant to be a pitstop has blossomed into a love affair with the town's vibrant spirit. With a strong spirit and a deep love for nature, Lyrica spends her time paddling rivers, climbing mountains, and eagerly waiting for the first ski lift in winter. Her passion for adventure and the outdoors shapes both her career and her personal life.
