Old West Day's Music
Old West Days isn't just a celebration of Jackson Hole and our heritage; it is also a celebration of the music and sounds that shape our way of life. From country western music to bluegrass, rock n' roll, and everything in between, Old West Days is a must for any music lover.
Whether it is local acts playing throughout the festival schedule at various events, venues, and more, or national touring country western acts at the Million Dollar Music Fest, Old West Days is your chance to boogie down and tear up the dance floor.
If you want a taste of the local music scene, stop by the Silver Dollar Bar & Grill or the Million Dollar Cowboy for bluegrass and country music. If out in Teton Village, the Mangy Moose always has a robust music schedule.
Remember to look out for local acts performing throughout the Old West Days Festival at various events. Whether you're sampling the best chili recipes in the West at the High Noon Chili Cook-off or sampling some of the finest craft brews at the Old West Days Brewfest, live music will be present throughout the festival.
The festival culminates with the Million Dollar Music Fest live on the historic Jackson Town Square. The Million Dollar Music Fest is an annual free country music concert featuring some of country music's most well-known and hottest acts. Past acts have included Runaway June, Jon Pardi, and Travis Tritt. The Million Dollar Music Fest occurs the Sunday before Memorial Day every year.
Million Dollar Music Fest
In synchronicity with the abundance of western culture and the ten days dedicated to celebrating it, Million Dollar Music Festival is part of ElkFest, Old West Days and the Mountain Man Rendezvous festivities. Taking place on the Town Square, Million Dollar Music Fest is a celebration for locals and visitors alike bringing top country music acts to the downtown Jackson stage.
The Mangy Moose Saloon

The Mangy Moose Saloon stage has hosted legendary artists like Taj Mahal, Arlo Guthrie, and Kris Kristofferson, and modern greats like Hozier, Ben Harper, and Galactic. The Mangy Moose hosts free live music daily during the summer and winter seasons alongside shows with big name headliners. Whatever kind of music you like to get down to: you'll find it at the Moose during Old West Days!
Center for the Arts
Town of Jackson
The Center for the Arts is a community hub in downtown Jackson Hole, providing a dedicated campus for 22 non-profit organizations and a 500 seat theater. The Center Campus is open daily to the public, with opportunities to experience art and culture for all ages including dance, theater, music, visual arts, ceramics and rotating exhibits by regional artists. The Virginian Saloon

Since its opening in the early 70's the Virginian has evolved from a quiet cocktail lounge to disco bar, Western saloon, town dive & everything in between. Today the Virginian serves up drinks for both locals and visitors alike, while hosting an array of live music and entertainment. See the full events calendar here.
The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar

The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar is internationally famous for its western dancing and live entertainment. Some of the finest entertainers in the country western scene have been known to take the stage here, including Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr., Asleep at the Wheel, Hoyt Axton, Glen Campbell, Tanya Tucker, Willie Nelson, Commander Cody, and the James Cotton Blues Band.
