The High Noon Chili Cook-off is a spicy highlight of Old West Days in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Local chefs and chili enthusiasts compete in both professional and amateur categories to create the most flavorful and creative chili recipes. Attendees have the opportunity to sample a variety of chili styles, ranging from mild to hot. Judges and participants will choose their favorites, with winners picked for the judge's and people's choice. Winners will get bragging rights all year!
