High Noon Chili Cook-off – A Spicy Jackson Hole Tradition
Each year, as part of Jackson Hole’s legendary Old West Days celebration, the High Noon Chili Cook-off brings the heat to Town Square with one of the most flavorful competitions in the West. Talented chefs and passionate home cooks go head-to-head, dishing out bold, smoky, spicy, and sweet chili creations—all in pursuit of top honors.
Attendees cast their ballots to determine the coveted People’s Choice Award, while a panel of local culinary experts selects the Judges' Choice Award, honoring the best in taste, creativity, and Western flair.
This beloved community event invites locals and visitors alike to taste, vote, and celebrate the unique flavors that define Western culinary heritage. Whether you're a die-hard chili connoisseur or just love a good bite under the Wyoming sun, this cook-off delivers mouthwatering memories year after year.
